How cool is the black and white wall with the green frame behind this lovely couple? I love the way it looks, and it would be really easy to replicate at a reception with the right supplies. This particular stylish background is located at the University Club of San Diego (go look at the website, its a green, black and white dream)! Brittany and Cody were married the day before Halloween, in an adorable and funky affair. The couple used black and white feathers throughout their decor, and opted for some black and white damask runners as well (which of course, I love)! The hand drawn heart they used throughout the reception is just lovely, and I really like that they were able to carry off a Halloween wedding with just the right amount of seasonal decor.

Isn't there something beautifully classic about black and white wedding photos? I love how all of Kerrie and Bill's images will stand the test of time - they were married this past Spring and these pictures could have easily been taken fifty years ago. The birdcage veil, the white tuxedo jacket and the antique car...love it all!

Hello, friends! I hope you had a great weekend, and are starting your Monday off on the right foot. Apologies for the smattering of posts last week - it was one of those weeks where I looked up and suddenly it was Friday. Erin and Russell were married at the gorgeous Providence Country Club in North Carolina, which provided such a classic setting to the day. They opted to enhance the beautiful venue with a simple color palette of black, white and gold which was truly stunning. There is something about a black tie event that always makes me smile! There were cigars and sushi to enjoy at the reception, and guests sat comfortably on beautiful gold chiavari chairs. Thanks to Andrew Bryant Photography for sending over all the lovely images!
